"Is it a good time to build a new home?"

And new home ownership is still a good income tax break, because you can deduct the interest on your mortgage payment. Your monthly mortgage payment may also be less than you are currently paying for rent."

"I can't decide whether to build a new home or buy an existing one. Which is better?"

"There are many advantages to building a new home. We can help you design your dream home exactly as you want it. Today's homes are much more energy efficient, which will save you every month on utilities. With older homes, you may have a lot of repairing and redecorating to do, too. By building you can have the home you want, where everything is fresh, new and fully warranted."

"How much of a down payment do we need?"

"Not as much as you may think. We know so many proven ways to creatively finance a new home, you may be able to build right away, with little or no money down. If you already own your lot, you may even use the equity of your own lot as part or all of your down payment."
